Hello and Welcome
My name is Xianyan NI（Helen) I worked as a registered Nurse for around 10 years in hospitals and bilingual schools, during the work I met people from different countries with different culture background, these work experiences enable me to realize that dealing with culture difference respect is always the priority.
Currently I am studying Graduate Diploma of medical Ultrasound and having my clinical placement in an medical imaging center and I will graduate in 2027. By that time I believe I will be a qualified general sonographer.
Before I applied for the course I had a few weeks of observation in the clinic which give me a bit idea of what is the role of a sonographer (assist to provide valuable information for diagnose） and do I really like to do the job？With the study of Introduction to Ultrasound & Ultrasound physic and several weeks of clinical placement make me to be more and more confident to perform scan on patients.
